House Attendants
The housekeeping department is a back of the house operation for Kirkwood Vacations but plays a key role in our guest’s lodging experience and overall impression of Kirkwood Mountain Resort. The staff is responsible for cleaning and maintaining an average of 170 privately owned condominiums located in 12 different buildings throughout the Kirkwood Valley. Several positions are available in the housekeeping department.
House Attendants: This position provides key support to the housekeepers. Responsibilities include transporting linens, stocking housekeeping closets and carts, removal of trash and soiled linens and maintenance of housekeeping equipment. Applicants must have a can-do attitude, the ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license and must provide a DMV report. This position requires working in the evening hours. Until 10 pm on weekdays, and midnight on weekends.

Inspectors

The staff is responsible for cleaning and maintaining an average of 170 privately owned condominiums located in 12 different buildings throughout the Kirkwood Valley. Several positions are available in the housekeeping department.
Inspectors: Responsible for ensuring that units have no maintenance issues and are cleaned to meet Kirkwood’s standards. Rooms must be ready for guest check-ins daily by 4pm. Assist housekeepers to ensure completion of the day’s work and interact with resort guests during the course of the work day. Prior housekeeping and leadership experience required.

Experienced Housekeeper
The housekeeping department is a back of the house operation for Kirkwood Vacations but plays a key role in our guest’s lodging experience and overall impression of Kirkwood Mountain Resort. The staff is responsible for cleaning and maintaining an average of 170 privately owned condominiums located in 12 different buildings throughout the Kirkwood Valley. Several positions are available in the housekeeping department.
Experienced Housekeeper: Responsibilities include transporting linens, stocking housekeeping closets and carts, removal of trash and soiled linens and maintenance of housekeeping equipment. Detail oriented and self motivated to ensure room’s are ready for inspection in time allowed. While this position is back of the house, you will encounter daily interaction with resort guests. General resort knowledge and good customer service skills are required Applicants must have a can-do attitude, the ability to lift 50 lbs, a valid driver’s license and must provide a DMV report. Two years prior experienced REQUIRED.
