Kirkwood has two different rental shops to fit your skiing and riding needs. Village Center Rentals is located on the Village Plaza adjacent to Chairs 5 & 6 above the lodging check in desk. Timber Creek Rentals is located in the Timber Creek facility next to Chairs 7 & 9. The Village Center shop has the largest selection of different types of equipment: High Performance, Sport, and Kids. Timber Creek is located at the home of the Tahoe Learning Center, sponsored by Burton, and offers a selection of rentals including Sport, Telemark, and Kids equipment.

You are here to ski or ride Kirkwood's legendary terrain and we have got the gear you need to conquer the mountain! Showcasing Burton's latest boots, binding and boards, experience the advantage of new models like the Burton Cruzer and the women-specific Burton Feather. Skiers take advantage of Salomon's Performa 4-buckle boots and the Rosignol Roc XX skis, these setups are geared for those who are aspiring to take it to the upper mountain. TIMBER CREEK RENTALS
If you are new to the sport, take advantage of the specialized gear designed to ease you through the introduction process. Our sport packages will help you feel at home on the slopes featuring the Rossignol Roc X and Salomon Scrambler 400 series skis or the Burton LTR board. Our inventory of Rossignol, Salomon, and Burton products are the best learning tools you will come across. These setups will have you cruising down the hill in no time. For those who prefer to free their heels, visit the Timber Creek Rental Tent to try out the latest in Telemark and Touring equipment from Black Diamond and K2. Please note that Telemark equipment is available at Timber Creek only, not in the Mountain Village.
