At Kirkwood, it is possible to have the best of both worlds. On one side of the door, the crisp air and rugged wilderness of the High Sierra await, on the other, all the comforts of home. Kirkwood Vacations rents privately owned ski-in/ski-out and slopeside condominiums, all located just steps away from lifts, cross country skiing, and all of the village amenities. Each condominium is unique. All except hotel-style units feature a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, color TV, VCR and/or DVD and telephone.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
*Full payment is requested upon booking and required within 7 days of arrival May through October.
*Full payment consists of room charges, taxes and $20 non-refundable booking fee.
*Reservations may be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival May through October, and would be subject to a $100 fee.
*Cancellations made after this date would be subject to forfeiture of full payment.
*Travel insurance is available for an additional fee.
