Kirkwood Vacations offers a variety of properties as seasonal ski leases for those looking for the convenience of onsite accommodations without the costs associated with owning a second home. These properties are fully furnished with everything you'll need to feel comfortable from the day you move in. Just pack your gear once and it will always be ready and waiting anytime you feel the urge to hit the slopes. Each property is available for a minimum 5 month lease beginning December 1, 2010. Should the resort open for Thanksgiving you will be able to take early occupancy at a prorated rate upon approval from owner. If you will be sharing the ski lease with another family or you are putting together a ski lease group, one family or person shall be responsible for completing the application and managing the lease throughout the season. Prices reflected do not include utilities. Utilities must be transferred into the tenant’s name prior to your lease begin date. Utility Transfer forms will be provided to you through Kirkwood Vacations.

Should the first applicant not qualify for the lease, the second applicant will then move to the first position.  A non-refundable $1,000 deposit is required with your application and will be applied to the security deposit per the terms of your lease.  50% of the lease amount will be due by September 1 with the balance due November 1, 2010.
