SKI LEASES AT KIRKWOOD
Kirkwood Vacations offers a variety of properties as seasonal ski leases for those looking for the convenience of slopeside accommodations and the benefits of home ownership without the costs associated with owning a second home. These properties are fully furnished with everything you'll need to feel comfortable from the day you move in. Just pack your gear once and it will always be ready and waiting anytime you feel the urge to hit the slopes. Most of our units will accommodate multiple families or friends so get your group together and apply today! As a member of our ski lease program you will also enjoy access to the private KCA fitness center and outdoor jacuzzi's located across from Red Cliffs Lodge.

THE MEADOW
MEADOWS 112 AND 117
Looking for a landing space for the remainder of the season? Newly available, these two studio properties each have one queen bed (112 has an additional futon), wood fireplace, kitchenette, private balcony, ski locker, storage locker, and one underground parking space. Enjoy condominium amenities of the lobby, complimentary Wi-Fi, and indoor hot tub.
MOUNTAIN VILLAGE
BASE CAMP 41
Just listed and located at the base of the mountain, this 1 bedroom and 1 bath condominium is your perfect home for the winter. With accomodations to sleep four guests, this unit has one queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. A wood burning fireplace provides the perfect retreat after a long day on the mountain.
