THANKS FOR PURCHASING YOUR SEASON PASS!
The following requirements must be completed before your pass will be issued. If all required items are submitted before the November 2, 2010 mail deadline, the season pass will automatically be mailed to the current address we have on file.

PASS PHOTO
You may upload a photo of  your choice (up-close head shot with no sunglasses or goggles) via the web or you can have a photo take of you and any ticket selling location. Photos should not be more than four seasons old. If you've had a season pass within the last four seasons your current photo on file can be used. When uploading a photo please remember that this photo will be used to identify you at the lifts. Use a photo that easily recognizable. This will help us ensure the value of your pass by preventing fraudulent use.
To upload your photo, click here and follow the instructions.

LIABILITY RELEASE AGREEMENT
Each season you must sign a new Liability Release Agreement. Select the appropriate liability release from the list below, then print, sign, and fax it to us at 209.258.4437. Please note that each Liability Release has multiple pages when printed and requires 3 signatures and 2 initials (signature lines will only be visible once the form has been printed). Please make sure to check carefully insuring you've signed all appropriate locations before sending the form.

COLLEGE SEASON PASSES
Proof of college enrollment is needed before any college passes will be issued. Required proof includes a valid School ID and a copy of your class schedule or transcript (showing 9 credits or more) from the semester that the pass is valid for. College passes for winter 2010/11 cannot be picked up until the Fall Semester of 2010 begins... Since you're not technically enrolled yet!
No refunds will be given for failure to produce the required proof of enrollment, but any payment may be applied toward the Adult equivalent season pass at the current rate.
