WHAT TO WEAR
Layers...lots of layers of light weight clothing. Since this is a muscle powered sport you will heat up quickly and possibly cool as well. Wear various layers of high-tech fabrics, which means materials that wick the moisture away from the body keeping you warm and dry. And always have a windbreaker (nylon shell) with, you for wind
protection. Of course you”ll also need a hat, light weight gloves, warm socks, etc... all the usual winter stuff.
