Expedition:Kirkwood Women’s Weekend 2012 - March 9-11
The Expedition:Kirkwood Women's Weekend is all about the ladies! This 3 day escape is about fun, friendship, adventure and doing something just for you. You’ll get focused coaching from our top guides plus complimentary access to the latest gear from our demo fleet. Throughout the weekend, you will tackle a variety of terrain and snow conditions while working on terrain selection, off-piste skiing & riding and freestyle riding. This event is open to beginner thru expert skiers & riders and includes 3 days of coaching, video analysis (conditions permitting), 3 days of continental breakfast and lunch, Friday night dinner, Saturday night wine, cheese party and swag bag of goodies to take away with you!
Complimentary demos will be available from Burton and K2 so you can test out the latest technology, plus Kirkwood Mountain Sports will open its doors Saturday night for a private party where guests can take advantage of exclusive sale pricing. Our professional staff will be on hand with any to help you with your gear specific needs including equipment analysis, custom boot fitting and personal shopper services. Women's Go Snowboarding Day

Thank you to all the ladies who have signed up, you will be receiving a confirmation shortly. For those who missed out - make sure you check out the Women's 3 Day Weekend March 9-11, open to skiers & snowboarders of all abilities.
This day is designed to get ladies on the hill and shredding – women who are first time snowboarders or just comfortable on green runs may sign up for this beginners clinic.
Cost is just $15, clinic includes:
- A limited lift ticket to Chairs 7 & 9
- 3 hours of coaching
- Burton Learn To Ride rental equipment
- Lunch
- Transport from Bay Area provide by Snowbomb!
Snowbomb will be providing free round trip transport from a pick up location in the bay area (location TBA).
This clinic is limited to 60 participants. Please note there will be no refunds on this event should you not be able to make it.
Women’s 1 Day Clinics

For beginner thru expert skiers & riders looking for more than just a day at the spa! These 1 Day Clinics offer a full day of coaching with some of our top Expedition Guides plus special guest coaches. Groups range from 6 to 24 particip ants depending on ability and snow conditions. Clinics begin at 9:00am, run for 6 hours (4 hours for groups of 3 or less) and include coaching, lunch, and video analysis (weather permitting).
