Where's My Pass?

So You’re Now A Kirkwood Passholder...

Just complete the following steps to have your pass issued:

Your Pass Photo

Upload a photo of your choice (up-close head shot with no sunglasses or goggles) via the web. When uploading a photo please remember that this photo will be used to identify you at the lifts... ie. it has to look like you! This will help us ensure the value of your pass by preventing fraudulent use. To upload your photo, click here and follow the instructions.

OR have your photo taken at any ticket window. A previous pass photo can also be used, however, cannot be more than 4 seasons old.

Liability Release Agreement

A new one must be signed each season, download your liability release via the link below, then print, sign, and fax it to us at 209.258.4437. Please note that each Liability Release has multiple pages when printed and requires 3 signatures and 2 initials (signature lines will only be visible once the form has been printed). To ensure speedy processing, please ensure all appropriate locations are signed before sending the form.
