At Kirkwood, it is possible to have the best of both worlds. On one side of the door, the crisp air and rugged wilderness of the High Sierra await, on the other, all the comforts of home. Kirkwood Vacations rents privately owned ski-in/ski-out and slopeside condominiums, all located just steps away from lifts, cross country skiing, and all of the village amenities. Each condominium is unique. All except hotel-style units feature a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, color TV, VCR and/or DVD and telephone. Reservations may be made by calling 800.967.7500. *Rates are subject to change and are based on availability. Rates do not include lodging taxes and booking fee. Minimum night stay may be required. Cost includes daily replacement of towels and trash removal. Daily maid service is available for an additional fee. Visa, MasterCard or American Express accepted.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy

Full payment is requested upon booking and required within 30 days of Arrival (7 Days May - October). Full payment consists of room charges, taxes and $10 non-refundable booking fee. Reservations may be cancelled prior to 30 days before arrival (7 Days May - October) and would be subject to a $30 fee. Cancellations made after this date would be subject to forfeiture of full payment. Travel insurance is available for an additional fee. Kirkwood does not guarantee specific units.
