Are You a “RENEWING” Passholder?
If you are a renewing passholder and have an existing, valid season pass, the new 2014/15 pass product will be automatically loaded onto your existing season pass. There is no reason to get a new one! This means, there will be nothing physically shipped to you. If you are not in possession of your existing season pass, please call 800.842.8062 or stop by any resort season pass office (except Arapahoe Basin) to receive a new card. “Season Passes are non-transferable and non refundable.”
If you are a RETURNING passholder and did not have a season pass from last season, then you will need to make sure to follow the following steps to receive your ACTIVE pass!
1) Make sure your personal information is updated on your guest profile (mailing address, phone number, email, etc.)
2) Make sure you have a valid/updated photo on file. Remember, think Passport Photo with nothing obstructing your face (hats, goggles, sun glasses, etc.)
3) Make sure you have electronically accepted or physically signed the seasonal 2014/15 Release of Liability.
By making sure all of these steps are complete, you will have your pass in hand and ready for the 2014/15 ski season when the lifts turn! Make sure you get this taken care of early so you don’t have to stand in line on your first day of skiing! Instead, you will be ready to head straight to the lifts to get those fresh turns!

Your Pass Photo
Every season pass needs a valid photo for identification purposes. If you purchase your pass in one of our Season Pass Offices, you will have your photo taken at that time. Your active pass will then be issued and ready for use when the ski season rolls around. You can head straight to the lifts and not worry about that long early season pass line!
First time season pass holders who purchase their passes online will be able to submit a photo and have their passes mailed to them. These photos have to be accepted and within the online photo requirements before the season passes are mailed. Please refer to the link below for more information about uploading your photo online.
Previous Kirkwood Passholder’s (before 13/14 season): If you have not taken a photo since Oct 1, 2009 at Kirkwood or any of the other Vail Resorts, you will be required to take a new one. Additionally, any photo where the guest is wearing sunglasses or a hat will need to be retaken.
College Passholders and Proof of Enrollment
College Passes will not be available for direct to lift access until proof of enrollment has been received by Corporate Sales & Services or the Kirkwood Season Pass Office. After SEPTEMBER 6, 2014, the student must provide proof of college enrollment of 12 Undergraduate Credits or 6 Graduate credits for the fall 2014 Semester. Proof can be submitted by EMAIL or IN PERSON at any Season Pass Office. A valid School ID and a copy of your CLASS SCHEDULE or TRANSCRIPT must be included.
No REFUNDS will be given for failure to produce the required proof of enrollment, but any payment may be applied towards the Adult equivalent season pass at the current rate.
What About Season Pass Insurance?
If you wish to purchase season pass insurance and you have already bought your pass, please contact our Season Pass Specialist at (800) 842-8062. If you have already purchased your pass, you have until October 15, 2014 or the beginning of the 2014/15 Ski Season (whichever comes first) to add Insurance.
