Purchased a 08/09 Season Pass? What’s next?

Thank you for purchasing a 08/09 Season Pass. Our goal is to have your season pass in your hands before you want to use it. To achieve this, our office needs two things so that we may directly mail your pass to your home:

Pass Photo:  If you need a photo taken for your pass or would like to update your existing one, send your up-close photo (please no goggles or sunglasses), with your name, birth date and pass number (noted on confirmation letter or e-mail) attached in .jpg format to: seasonpass@kirkwood.com

Liability Release Form:  Each season you must sign a new Liability Release Agreement. This form can be downloaded and sent via mail or fax. Click on the link below to download the form. Once printed, sign and return it to us: 08/09 Liability Release Agreement

For college season passes proof of enrollment is needed before the pass will be issued. Proof includes a valid School ID and copy of your class schedule or transcript (showing 9 credits or more) once you have enrolled in your fall 2008 classes. No refunds will be given for failure to produce proof of enrollment, but you may apply your payment toward the Adult equivalent season pass at the current rate

If you purchased Season Pass Insurance, please review the Description of Coverage. If you decide that you are not satisfied with the coverage provided, Skier Insurance Services (SIS) will make a full refund, less a $4 service fee, as long as no loss has occurred. Requests must be submitted to SIS in writing with 7 days of purchasing coverage. Season Pass Insurance Description of Coverage

You can also pick your pass up from the Season Pass Office. Our office is open Wednesday through Sunday, 9AM – 4PM all summer long. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call or e-mail.
