Thank you for choosing Kirkwood for your reservation needs.  We are happy to offer our guests the convenience of online booking.  Please be aware that certain restrictions do apply.  **We DO NOT accept same day reservations via our online services. 

Reservations REQUIRE a two night stay; three to five nights during holiday periods. 

A deposit equal to your first night’s room and tax will be charged at this time.  The remaining balance will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.   If booking inside of 30 days prior to arrival full payment is due at time of booking.  Full payment consists of room charges, taxes and a non-refundable $20.00 booking fee.

Reservations may be cancelled at any time prior to 30 days before arrival and are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee.  Cancellations made inside of 30 days prior to arrival are subject to forfeiture of full payment.   There are NO refunds for early departure, late arrival or cancellation due to weather or road closures.   

Kirkwood Vacations does not guarantee specific units at this time.  If a unit change becomes necessary, we will make every effort possible to maintain your unit size and quality. 

Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM.

All units at Kirkwood are non-smoking and no pets are allowed.

At this time you are agreeing to decline travelers insurance.  Travel Protection may be purchased separately by calling Kirkwood Lodging at 209-258-7293.

If you do not find availability that meets your criteria, please contact us directly as we have limited inventory on some unit types which are not offered online.
